Overview
We build internal tools for the people who run the business day to day: operations queues, approvals, customer records, and reporting that answers an actual question instead of dumping a table. The frontend is React on Vite against a Django and PostgreSQL API, with charts where a number needs context and plain lists where speed matters more.
These screens are designed around repetition. The work someone does fifty times a day should take two clicks and scan cleanly, so we spend time on filters, bulk actions, sensible defaults, and states that make the next step obvious. Role-based permissions keep each person scoped to what they should see, which also keeps operational data safer as the team grows.
The result is a panel your team reaches for instead of around, with reporting views, a clear permission model, and an API contract that the rest of your product can build on.
